Dr. Daniel Finn

Dr. Finn is a dual board-certified General Surgeon with fellowship training in both Surgical Critical Care and Advanced Gastrointestinal and Minimally Invasive Surgery. He completed his General Surgical residency as well as a fellowship in Surgical Critical Care at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. Following his time at Beaumont Hospital, he completed an additional fellowship in Advanced Gastrointestinal and Minimally Invasive Surgery at the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY. He specializes in robotic surgery and takes a minimally invasive approach to his patient’s care whenever possible. He treats a broad spectrum of surgical conditions for elective and emergency surgery, including diseases of the skin and soft tissues, gallbladder, stomach, small intestine, and colon. He has a particular interest and expertise in hernia surgery, which includes abdominal wall, inguinal, and paraesophageal hernia disease. Dr. Finn is known for his compassionate care, thoroughness, and excellent patient and family communication.
