Dr. Wesley R. Barnes

Dr. Barnes is a board-certified general and critical care surgeon. After general surgery residency training at Royal Oak Beaumont, Dr. Barnes completed fellowship training in surgical critical care at the Ohio State University, culminating in his dual board certification in surgery and Critical Care. He is active in the education of our medical students, residents, and fellows. He carries an academic appointment of Assistant Professor of Surgery at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. Dr. Barnes is a busy clinician and cares for patients with hernias, gallbladder disease, surgical emergencies, and complex surgery.
